Principal

Professional Skills: Qualified experience in all areas of Employee Benefit Coverage’s. Extensive

working knowledge of current IRS regulations and procedures in employee benefits and has aided the

area business owners across North Alabama for 20 years.

Professional Background: Founded Life-Line Insurance Consultants in January 1, 1990. Licensed in

Health, Life, Disability in AL, TN, & FL. Member of the National Association of Health Underwriters, and

has lobbied for small business health concerns in Washington D.C. in 1997 and 1998.

Education: Arab High School, University of Alabama in Birmingham

Professional Affiliations: President of the local Alabama Association for Health Underwriters in 1997.

Board member from 1996-2005.

Randy Lehman

Principal

Experience in Insurance Industry: 25 years

Professional Skills: Licensed in Health, Life and Disability since 1986 with 21 years of experience in the

designing and implementation of employee benefit programs throughout the southeast.

Professional Background: Joined Life-Line Insurance Consultants in April of 2002 as principal and vice

president. Managed Community Insurance Agency’s life and health sales department from June 1986

until April 2002 also worked with the Alabama Insurance Exchange as Vice President of sales and

marketing in North Alabama. A third generation professional of the insurance industry.

Education: Huntsville High School, the University of Alabama in Huntsville

Professional Affiliations: Founding member of North Alabama Health Underwriters, Past Vice President

of the North Alabama Health Underwriters

Michelle Bennett

Agency Coordinator / Account Representative

Experience in the Insurance Industry: 8 years

Professional Background: 8 years with Life-Line Insurance Consultants, licensed in life, health and disability.

Michelle provides service to Life-Line Insurance Consultant’s clients. Works with Business owners to establish

efficient administrative programs to execute the employee benefit programs. Ranked in the top 25 nationally with

Colonial Life and Accident in 2007.

Professional Affiliations: Member of the North Alabama Health Underwriters Association.

Sybil McDonald Mercier

Senior Account Representative

Experience in the Insurance Industry: 6 years

Professional Skills: Works with small business owners to establish an efficient

and cost effective benefit program. Joined Life-Line Benefit Consultants in 2004. Worked for 3 years in

direct sales in Huntsville before she joined Life-Line. Licensed in Health, Life, and Disability in AL.

Personal Background: A native Huntsvillian. Graduate of Randolph School and attended the University

of Alabama. Received her associate degree at Virginia College in 2003.

Sandra Nunley

Senior Market Specialist

Experience in the Industry: 21 years

Professional Skills: Works with senior clients that have special needs found in

retirement years. She is proficient in Medicare issues. She assists clients with

with investments that are not exposed to market risk. 19 years of insurance experience.

Personal Background: Huntsville Resident for over 40 years.
